Some sections may run as a Swiss or round robin with more than four players depending on circumstances.

Equipment: Some boards, and delay capable clocks will be provided. However, players are asked to please bring their own equipment to ensure enough for all those who wish to play.

Schedule: Doors open at 6pm, with quads beginning at 7pm. Casual games held before 7pm are encouraged!

Entry Fee: $15 to join quads. Players who participate in casual games do not have to register. Register by selecting a month at left/above. Advance registration encouraged to allow for quicker quad assignments. On-site registration available 6:30 - 7:00pm on the first Tuesday of the month. Registered players who give advanced notice that they will not attend an upcoming quad may have their registration refunded. No-show registered players who are not assigned to a quad will receive a credit toward a future quad.

Attendance: Players are expected to show on Tuesdays, however, if a player is unable to attend on Tuesday, they are responsible for rescheduling their assigned match with their opponent during the same week. Players who do not show to a Tuesday match, and fail to reschedule with their opponent, will forfeit the match, and will receive a 6 month exclusion from future quads. Players who withdraw from a quad simply because they are having a bad tournament may be excluded from any future Eugene Chess Club event.

Prizes: The winner of each quad will receive $30.
